Returns and Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you may apply for a return within 7–30 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in perfect working order.
The appearance is free of obvious wear, scratches, or human-caused damage.
The original packaging, accessories, instruction manual, and gifts must be retained.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable or non-refundable:
Exceeding the return application period.
Digital products that are damaged by human error, water-damaged, disassembled, or modified.
Customized products, clearance items, or items explicitly marked "non-returnable/non-exchangeable."
Compatibility issues caused by personal reasons (device compatibility not confirmed).
3. Return Application Process
Contact customer service and submit a return application (please provide your order number and a description of the problem).
After customer service confirmation, a return address and return instructions will be provided.
Pack the item properly and ship it back.
We will process the refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the item.

Packages returned without confirmation may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Quality issues / Wrong item sent: We will bear reasonable return shipping costs.
Costs incurred due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, etc., will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Method and Time
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
After we confirm the return meets the requirements, the refund will usually be processed within 3-10 business days.
Actual arrival time may be delayed depending on the bank or payment institution.
6. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange for the same item (e.g., color or size):
Please specify your exchange request in your return application.
Exchanges are only possible if there is sufficient stock.
The shipping cost rules for exchanges are the same as for returns.
7. Damage and Missing Items During Transportation
If you find the goods damaged, missing, or wrongly sent upon receipt:
Please contact customer service within 48 hours.
Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
We will prioritize arranging replacements, exchanges, or refunds for you.
8. Refund Failure or Abnormalities
If your refund does not arrive within the expected time:
Please first check with your payment institution or bank.
